After a training and dissemination campaign in 2025, 724 evaluations were carried out, of which 97.4% of the evaluated projects obtained an IRIU value greater than 50 points out of 100.

Training actions for the 2024/2025 academic year have been redefined by organizing the program into two strategic blocks: Academic-Research Competencies (technical tools, ethics, and scientific communication) and Care, Health, and Entrepreneurship (emotional well-being and knowledge transfer). This restructuring ensures a more holistic approach to the professional development of R1 researchers, balancing technical excellence with soft skills and stress management.
