La Uni\u00f3n Europea ha reconocido el compromiso de la UMH proporcion\u00e1ndole el sello de excelencia investigadora de la UE, convirti\u00e9ndose as\u00ed en la segunda instituci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica de la Comunidad Valenciana en lograr esta distinci\u00f3n, despu\u00e9s de la Universidad de Valencia.<\/p>\n

Este sello solo se consigue con los niveles m\u00e1s exigentes de calidad en contrataci\u00f3n, formaci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n del personal investigador.<\/p>\n

Esto permitir\u00e1 que la UMH pueda acceder a m\u00e1s fuentes de financiaci\u00f3n, por lo que se espera que salgan adelante m\u00e1s proyectos en terrenos carentes de recursos actualmente, como el de la ciencia.<\/p>\n

The European Comission has awarded the UMH of Elche the HR Excellence in Research Award, thus becoming the second academic institution of the Valencian Community to achieve this distinction, after the University of Valencia.<\/p>\n

This award lends official recognition to the commitment of the UMH to the most demanding levels of quality in all the processes linked to the recruitment, working conditions, training, management and responsibility of the research staff in any type of contractual relation, as well as the entity’s commitment to maintain and improve these levels of quality in the future.<\/p>\n

The objective of the HR Excellence in Research Award is to promote and improve recruiting, working conditions and research careers, thus contributing to the development of the European Research Area.<\/p>\n
