Es un <strong>reconocimiento a la Mejora continua de la UMH.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La UMH se compromete con el cumplimiento de la carta y el c\u00f3digo, as\u00ed como, realizar un reclutamiento abierto, transparente y basado en el m\u00e9rito y por ello se somete a la Evaluaci\u00f3n de la Comisi\u00f3n Europea y obtener el Reconocimiento.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">GAP Analysis en la UMH<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante el a\u00f1o 2018 se <strong>ha analizado la pol\u00edtica de Recursos Humanos<\/strong> de la UMH y se ha <strong>comparado con los 40 principios<\/strong> de la carta y el c\u00f3digo (GAP Analysis).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para ello se ha solicitado su opini\u00f3n mediante <strong>encuesta<\/strong> an\u00f3nima a <strong>todos<\/strong> <strong>los Investigadores<\/strong> de la UMH. Es un <strong>reconocimiento a la Mejora continua de la UMH.<\/strong><\/p><p>La UMH se compromete con el cumplimiento de la carta y el c\u00f3digo, as\u00ed como, realizar un reclutamiento abierto, transparente y basado en el m\u00e9rito y por ello se somete a la Evaluaci\u00f3n de la Comisi\u00f3n Europea y obtener el Reconocimiento.<\/p><h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">GAP Analysis en la UMH<\/h2><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante el a\u00f1o 2018 se <strong>ha analizado la pol\u00edtica de Recursos Humanos<\/strong> de la UMH y se ha <strong>comparado con los 40 principios<\/strong> de la carta y el c\u00f3digo (GAP Analysis).<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para ello se ha solicitado su opini\u00f3n mediante <strong>encuesta<\/strong> an\u00f3nima a <strong>todos<\/strong> <strong>los Investigadores<\/strong> de la UMH. Tambi\u00e9n se han realizado<strong> reuniones<\/strong> presenciales con Investigadores de los 4 Campus de la UMH, Personal de Administraci\u00f3n y Servicios (PAS) y de Gesti\u00f3n de la UMH.<\/p><h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Plan de Acci\u00f3n HRS4R de la UMH 2019 \u2013 2020<\/h2><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se han establecido las acciones previstas para <strong>eliminar las carencias<\/strong> encontradas y alinearlas con la carta y el y c\u00f3digo, que se han plasmado un <strong>Plan de Acci\u00f3n temporizado<\/strong> y cada acci\u00f3n tiene asignado un Responsable de su implantaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As\u00ed mismo, se ha designado un <strong>Comit\u00e9 T\u00e9cnico de seguimiento<\/strong> peri\u00f3dico del Plan de Acci\u00f3n propuesto que garantice su cumplimiento y mantener el reconocimiento en la evaluaci\u00f3n que efect\u00fae la Comisi\u00f3n Europea dentro de dos a\u00f1os.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: the 40 principles that define the <strong>duties and rights <\/strong>of researchers, institutions and research funders across Europe.<\/p><p>The European Commission aims for all European institutions to ensure their <strong>human resource policies comply <\/strong>with the Charter and Code.<\/p><h1><strong>HRS4R implementation at the UMH<\/strong><\/h1><p>The HRS4R Human Resources Strategy for Researchers is a <strong>process of self-assessment <\/strong>and evaluation that culminates with the recognition of the UMH institution after submitting an appropriate Action Plan to <strong>improve its human resource policies <\/strong>in alignment with the Charter and Code. It is a <strong>recognition of the continuous improvement of the UMH.<\/strong><\/p><p>The UMH is committed to complying with the Charter and Code, as well as to conduct open, transparent and merit-based recruitment, which is why it is undergoing an evaluation by the European Commission in order to obtain said recognition.<\/p><h1><strong>HRS4R GAP Analysis at the UMH<\/strong><\/h1><p>During the year 2018, <strong>the Human Resources policy of the UMH has been analysed and compared to the 40 principles <\/strong>of the Charter and Code (GAP Analysis).<\/p><p>To do so, we requested the opinion of <strong>all the researchers <\/strong>of the UMH by way of an anonymous <strong>survey. <\/strong>In-person <strong>meetings <\/strong>with researchers of the 4 UMH campuses, administrative and services staff and management staff were also conducted.<\/p><h1><strong>HRS4R UMH Action Plan 2019 - 2020<\/strong><\/h1><p>Actions have been established in order to <strong>overcome the deficiencies <\/strong>found and to align them with the Charter and Code.
