justify;\">El \u201cC\u00f3digo de Conducta para la Contrataci\u00f3n de Investigadores\u201d propone mejorar la contrataci\u00f3n y asegurar que los procesos de selecci\u00f3n sean justos y The objective is to ensure that the relation between these two parties contributes towards a successful performance in the generation, transfer and shared use of knowledge, as well as the professional development of the researchers from the first phases of their contract, and to create an appealing European labour market for researchers.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The \u201cCode of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers\u201d aims to improve recruitment and ensure that the selection processes are fair and transparent.<\/p><p>[\/et_pb_toggle][et_pb_toggle admin_label=\"Conmutador\" title=\"3.
